Hello.  My name is Steve.

Aside from doing this, being a soulmate to my gorgeous wife, dad to my two amazing ‘young adults’, I now coach individuals, supervise other coaches to support the development of their practice and also run a business called idcoach.

idcoach is about supporting businesses to develop coaching capability – whether it be having employees trained to coach other employees, or managers or leaders taking more of a coaching approach. I offer coach training, professional development for internal coaches, coach supervision and general guidance for leaders about setting up a coaching capability.

My last employed role was at the John Lewis Partnership.  Leading on personal learning and growth, coaching and mentoring, as well as providing organisational development support.
